Since established in 2006, Prescient Wireless has been a leader in the design and development of custom power amplifiers for a wide range of markets and applications. With a strong heritage in cellular communications, Prescient Wireless engineers were early pioneers in the development of high efficiency Doherty amplifiers. Since then, Doherty power amplifiers have replaced the less efficient Class AB amplifiers in almost every cellular base station manufactured today and amplifiers designed by Prescient Wireless engineers are used in several products currently shipping by top Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Prescient Wireless has also developed high performance power amplifiers to address the needs of the Medical, Industrial & Scientific, Defense & Aerospace and Test & Measurement Markets. These designs include high efficiency CW amplifiers, linear amplifiers, pulsed amplifiers and broad band amplifiers that range in frequency from the low MHz up to 6 GHz and in power from Watts to kW. Our engineers stay abreast of the latest device technologies and will select the appropriate semiconductor technology and amplifier topology to optimally meet your requirements. Prescient Wireless maintains strong relationships with key industry power device suppliers and has developed amplifiers that utilize LDMOS (Laterally Diffused Metal Oxide Semiconductor), GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) and GaN (Gallium Nitride) technology.
