Prescient Wireless can manage projects of any scale, small, medium or large, and is flexible on how project management responsibilities are divided between external customer project LEADERSHIP TEAMs and internal Prescient Wireless project LEADERSHIP TEAMs. We can manage the complete project management cycle as well as any particular project management phase.

- Initiation – defining the scope of project, controls etc.
- Planning - team creation, time and cost estimates, schedule and budget, risk planning, etc.
- Execution – processes to execute the work
- Monitoring and control – monitor, compare against plan, and identify corrective actions.
- Closing - formal acceptance, archiving, etc.
